Shipping​​

UK

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Tracked. Any items bought in the same purchase as a pre-order will be shipped out once the pre-order item is ready. If you would like the ready-to-purchase item sooner, please make two orders.

 

If you haven’t received your parcel within 5 working days of shipping, please contact me as soon as possible and I will endeavour to resolve it. If the courier has lost the parcel in transit, you will be entitled to a refund. Once the statutory compensation period has elapsed, I will begin processing a claim via Royal Mail, and issue the refund as soon as possible.

If you have provided incorrect shipping details, and have not notified me prior to shipment, the parcel may not be retrievable. In this case, I am unfortunately unable to issue a refund.​

INTERNATIONAL

International orders with be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or International Tracked & Signed, depending on the parcel size. If this courier is unavailable, you will be notified of the courier change. International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid. Duties are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country and are to be paid by the customer. If the parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, any postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deducted from the item refund.

Refunds

 

Refunds will be provided for items if they are received broken, on the condition that photo evidence is provided.

 

Returns

 

Unfortunately I am unable to provide returns unless under exceptional circumstances. In this instance, please contact me at your earliest possible convenience. 

 

Care Guide

 

All my pieces can be put in the dishwasher unless it is specifically stated otherwise on the listing. However, doing so is not recommended as it may degrade the finish and should be avoided for very delicate pieces. Hand washing is the best way to preserve the look of your piece for as long as possible. Microwave use is not recommended and may damage the piece.

 

Disclaimers

 

These pieces are handmade, meaning that shape and size will vary. Colours may look different on a screen compared to in person, though l try my best to provide imagery which accurately represents each piece.

 

Please read the product description before purchasing. This covers food safety and intended use for the item.
