Where do you ship to?

Currently, I am shipping within the UK and to the US using Royal Mail. US customers will be charged an additional 20% to cover tariff charges, this will be taken at checkout so that the parcel is not held at customs.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders will be shipped within a week of purchase and sent via Royal Mail 2nd class (Tracked). This is estimated 2-3 working days for the UK and 5-7 working days for international orders.

Can I put my piece in the microwave?

Pieces are microwavable unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Can I put my piece in the dishwasher?

Accepted Answer

All my pieces can be put in the dishwasher unless specifically stated otherwise on the listing. However, it isn't recommended in order to preserve the finish of the piece for as long as possible, and should be avoided for very delicate pieces.

I live locally (Norwich), can I collect my piece in person to save on postage?

I make an effort to be eco-friendly in my packaging choices. This means that, although I do not purchase plastic packaging to use for shipping orders, I do re-use plastic packaging that I have received in my own online purchases.
