Soft Pink Spoon Rest
Ceramic spoon rest in soft pink glaze.
Approx. 10cm wide. Stoneware.
Pre-orders for these will be approx. 11cm wide going forward. Items purchased in the same order as a pre-order will be shipped all together once the pre-order is ready.
My ceramics are handmade and hand-glazed, so please expect some variation in colour, size, and design. Pieces may also feature imperfections, this is a natural consequence of producing small batch glazed stoneware by hand - proving your piece was made by a person and not an industrial process.
Colours may look different on a screen compared to in person, though l try my best to provide imagery which accurately represents each piece.
UK
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Tracked. Any items bought in the same purchase as a pre-order will be shipped out once the pre-order item is ready. If you would like the ready-to-purchase item sooner, please make two orders.
If you haven’t received your parcel within 5 working days of shipping, please contact me as soon as possible (within 20 days of dispatch) and I will endeavour to resolve it. If the courier has lost the parcel in transit, you will be entitled to a refund. Once the statutory compensation period has elapsed, I will begin processing a claim via Royal Mail, and issue the refund as soon as possible.
If you have provided incorrect shipping details, and have not notified me prior to shipment, the parcel may not be retrievable. In this case, I am unfortunately unable to issue a refund.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders with be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or International Tracked & Signed, depending on the parcel size. If this courier is unavailable, you will be notified of the courier change. International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid. This will show up as an additional percentage cost at checkout.

Refunds will be provided for items if they are received broken, on the condition that photo evidence is provided.
Unfortunately I am unable to provide returns unless under exceptional circumstances. In this instance, please contact me at your earliest possible convenience.
This piece can be put in the dishwasher. However, doing so may degrade the finish over time and should be avoided for very delicate pieces. Hand washing is the best way to preserve the look of your piece for as long as possible.
