If you haven’t received your parcel within 7 working days, please contact me as soon as possible and I will endeavour to resolve it. If it turns out the courier has lost the parcel in transit, you will be entitled to a refund. Once the statutory compensation period has elapsed, I will begin processing a claim via Royal Mail, and issue the refund as soon as possible.

If you have provided incorrect shipping details, and have not notified me prior to shipment, the parcel may not be retrievable. In this case, I am unfortunately unable to issue a refund.
My ceramics are handmade and hand-glazed, so please expect some variation in colour, size, and design. Pieces may also feature imperfections, this is a natural consequence of producing small batch glazed stoneware by hand - proving your piece was made by a person and not an industrial process.

Please make sure to pay due attention to the product video, which offers as thorough a view of the given item as possible. Colours may look different on a screen compared to in person, though l try my best to provide imagery which accurately represents each piece.
